Depending on how you use NEXUS Cloud, this can include your name, work email address, organisation, sign-in details, account and subscription status, support requests, technical security information and information your organisation chooses to enter into its workspace.
3. Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the reliability of NEXUS Cloud. We use only the information needed for those purposes.
4. Our service providers
We use carefully selected providers to operate NEXUS Cloud, including identity, hosting and payment services. Payment details are processed by the payment provider at checkout; NEXUS Cloud does not store full card details. We share information with providers only where needed to deliver, secure or support the service, or where required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, including account operation, security, support, legal and accounting requirements. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect information and keep company workspaces separated.
